Henan Mine has leveraged the "Model Worker Assistance in Poverty Alleviation Demonstration Base" project to provide assistance to the seven administrative villages of Cenmu Community. They have offered job opportunities, training programs, etc. to local villagers, transferring about 2,000 unemployed workers. Each year, they generate nearly 20 million yuan in income for the villagers and have created nearly 10,000 jobs in the tertiary industry.
