The New Type of Hook Bridge Crane is a next-generation overhead lifting solution manufactured by Henan Mine, developed based on advanced European design concepts with modular, lightweight, and parametric engineering principles for modern industrial facilities requiring high efficiency, energy savings, and intelligent material handling. Compared to traditional QD-type bridge cranes, this new series achieves 15-30% weight reduction, 30% height reduction, and 20% energy savings, featuring a skewed box-type main beam connected to end beams with high-strength bolts, full variable frequency drive (VVFD) across all motions for stepless speed control, and a low headroom profile that minimizes limit dimensions while maximizing effective lifting height. Operating under duty class A3 to A7 with lifting capacities from 5 to 1000 tons, the crane integrates intelligent options including electronic anti-sway (up to 95% swing reduction), inching movement, dead slow function, zero speed hover, multi-hook coordination, and wireless expansion to the Crane Industrial Internet Platform for full lifecycle management.
