The New Explosion Proof Electric Hoist is a state-of-the-art lifting device manufactured by Henan Mine, engineered for safe and reliable material handling in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts may create explosive atmospheres . This hoist meets strict national and international standards including GB3836.1, GB3836.2, JB/T 10222, with optional ATEX and IECEx certifications, featuring ExdⅡBT4 and ExdⅡCT4 gas explosion-proof grades suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas, as well as dust explosion-proof options for Zone 21 and Zone 22 environments .
The hoist adopts a modular "C-type" structure with a large-diameter drum design, an explosion-proof variable frequency electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor (Class F insulation, IP65 protection), and a fully enclosed carburized hardened face gear reducer (58-62HRC surface hardness) for high load capacity and low noise operation .
