The Double Trolley Hook Bridge Crane (QE Type) is a heavy-duty overhead crane manufactured by Henan Mine, featuring two independent trolleys operating on a robust double-girner bridge structure for synchronized or separate lifting of extra-long and heavy loads. This crane allows both trolleys to work together in perfect coordination for lifting ultra-long workpieces such as 30-50 meter steel girders, ship sections, large transformers, and pressure vessels, while each trolley can also operate independently for multi-point handling to increase workflow efficiency. The "New Type" design achieves 15-30% weight reduction and 10-35% lower wheel loads compared to traditional models, with full variable frequency drive (VVFD) across all motions for stepless speed control, electronic anti-sway reducing load swing by up to 95%, inching movement for precise positioning, and working duty class A5 to A6 for continuous heavy service.
