The section of the Guangzhou-Foshan Ring Line of the Pearl River Delta Intercity Rail Transit in the Guangzhou Metropolitan Area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangzhou-Foshan Ring Line") is an important part of the Pearl River Delta intercity rail transit network. After the completion of the project, it will help form a complete Guangzhou-Foshan Intercity rail transit loop. At the project site, two 100-ton double-girder gantry cranes specifically designed for metro slag discharge, manufactured by Henan Mining, are used to lift construction waste and materials during metro construction. They are currently the larger-tonnage crane sets applied in this field in China.
This batch of cranes conforms to the green development trend of the industry, and is custom-developed based on the project requirements and working conditions. The lifting depth of the under-track lifting gear can reach 40 meters. The frame structure is designed and analyzed through computer-aided design, making the overall structure of the machine more reasonable. Strict inspection control and excellent manufacturing processes ensure product quality. The key actions such as walking and lifting of the entire machine are all designed with safety protection devices, making the operation safer, more efficient and more reliable.
Henan Mining Group has joined hands with China Railway First Group to jointly accelerate the construction of the "Guangzhou-Foshan Ring Line" project, contributing its share to the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
