The Quenching Crane is a specialized electric overhead traveling crane manufactured by Henan Mine, designed for vertical shaft quenching processes in heat treatment workshops to rapidly immerse high-temperature workpieces into quenching media such as water, brine, or oil. It features a double-girder single-trolley structure with rapid descent capability up to 46 m/min, an emergency brake release mechanism to prevent fire hazards, and rigid guide columns with horizontal guide wheels for anti-sway positioning. The crane is equipped with high-temperature resistant C-hook spreaders, a dual-brake system for safe operation, and lifting capacities ranging from 32 to 350 tons with spans of 20 to 34 meters and lifting heights of 15 to 36 meters. The electrical control system uses Siemens PLC with absolute encoders and laser position correction for millimeter-level positioning accuracy, supporting wireless remote or fully automatic operation under high-duty cycles for continuous heavy service.
