The New Type Double-Trolley Electric Hoist Bridge Crane is an advanced overhead lifting solution developed by Henan Mine, designed for industrial applications requiring heavy lifting capacity, operational flexibility, and high precision. Unlike conventional single-trolley cranes, this model features two independent trolleys operating on a robust double-girder bridge structure. Each trolley is equipped with a compact, high-performance electric hoist (European-style crab hoist), enabling the crane to handle two separate loads simultaneously or work in perfect synchronization to lift extra-long, oversized, or unbalanced workpieces such as steel pipes, concrete beams, large transformers, and ship sections.
The new type of double-trolley electric hoist bridge crane uses a new type of electric hoist as the lifting mechanism, with dual lifting speeds and variable frequency speed regulation during operation. Two independent trolleys share the same track and can operate independently or in coordination. They can not only independently transport materials of different specifications but also precisely lift and balance long materials through synchronous control
Adopting a lightweight, modular, and parametric design, this new type crane incorporates advanced variable frequency drive (VVFD) technology, integrated three-in-one transmission, and a suite of intelligent features—including anti-sway, inching, and zero-speed hover—ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, and superior safety.
