The Explosion-proof electric suspension is a lifting device improved and designed on the basis of the suspended electric hoist bridge crane. The lifting mechanism is an explosion-proof electric hoist, which can load, unload and transport materials and equipment in an intermittent and repetitive manner in flammable and explosive environments. It has the functions of vertical lifting, longitudinal and lateral movement.

The Explosion-proof Electric Single-girder Suspended Crane is a specialized overhead lifting solution manufactured by Henan Mine (Models: LXB / LB). This crane is specifically engineered for hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts may create explosive atmospheres, making it an indispensable tool for industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, paint manufacturing, and coal processing .
Unlike standard top-running cranes that require floor-mounted support columns, this suspended (underslung) configuration features the crane running on the bottom flange of I-beam tracks suspended directly from the ceiling or roof structure. This unique design eliminates the need for floor obstructions, maximizes valuable workspace below, and allows the crane to service multiple workstations across extended areas .

This LXB explosion‑proof suspended crane is designed for flammable and explosive gas environments, conforming to GB3836.1 & GB3836.2 with explosion‑proof class ExdⅡBT4 / ExdⅡCT4. Suitable for petrochemical, refinery, pharmaceutical, coal washing, and hazardous material warehouses. Installed under roof beams without occupying floor space, for light‑duty material handling in explosive zones
