Product Introduction
YZ casting bridge crane, of a double-girder single-crab structure,is mainly composed of bridge,crab,connecting traverse,trolley travelling mechanism and electric part. The main hook employs the constant-spacing connecting traverse as the load handing device to hoist steel ladle and the auxiliary hook acts in concert with the main hook to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag, and other auxiliary hoisting.
The trolley travelling mechanism and main electric equipment are installed in the girder. The girder's electric panel room employs rock wool for heat insulation, and has an air cooler inside. To reduce heat radiation of molten steel to metal structural members, a thermal baffle is set along the span direction at the bottom of the girder.The crane is equipped with a special electronic scale, and there are display devices in the cab and on the bridge. The main hoisting mechanism is furnished with an overspeed switch.
Casting cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) are specialized lifting equipment used in metal smelting environments. They can perform operations such as transporting molten metals, pouring, and adding molten iron in an intermittent and repetitive manner during the smelting process, and are equipped with functions of vertical lifting, longitudinal and lateral movement. The lifting device is a gantry lifting gear with a working level of A7.

Application
This YZ ladle overhead crane is specially engineered for high-temperature heavy-load metallurgical conditions, widely applied in steel smelting workshops, converter plants, continuous casting lines and large foundries to complete transportation, pouring and feeding of molten iron & steel ladles, as well as hot slag pot transfer, heavy casting turnover and metallurgical equipment overhaul.
Application of casting /foundry crane
1.Steel mills, Foundries, Paper plants, Cement plants, Power plants, Dairy plants, Chemical plants Fertilizer Plants, Petrochemical plants, Engineering Plants, Textile industries, General industries, etc.
2.Suitable working environment: Ladle crane lift liquid metal in the bad environment with high temperature and high dust. The ladle crane works frequently, working duty is high, which is mainly used for pouring melted iron from additive bay of converter to converter;
3.Lifting molten steel from refining bay to refining furnace or lifting molten steel from molten steel bay to ladle turret of continuous casting machine.
Safety protection system
a. Overload protection in the event of overload, the hoist unit switches off and only the lowering motion is possible
b. Long and cross travel limited by means of preliminary and final limit switches or Wireless anti-collision device
c. Anti-falling protection for the Three-in-One electric motor of trolley and crane prevents from accidental falling
d. All movements can be switched off by actuating the emergency-off switch at the control station via a main contact
Features

The linkage console is equipped with a PLC module and a human-machine interface touch screen, and is fitted with a WLK type master controller. The touch is clear, the gear positions are distinct, and it has a zero position self-resetting and locking device. The lifting process adopts stator voltage regulation and speed control, while the operation uses variable frequency speed control. The start-up and braking are smooth, and the lifted object is accurately positioned.

The key structural components such as the main beam and end beam are treated with heat insulation and protective measures, which can withstand high-temperature radiation and ensure long-term stable operation in high-temperature workshop environments. The 45º split structure wheel fixing tiles are processed as a whole by a large boring machine, which avoids wheel rail biting and ensures the installation accuracy of the wheels, thus extending the overall service life of the crane.

The crane is equipped with a safety monitoring system as a whole. The entire vehicle adopts PLC+ frequency converter communication control. The main load-bearing components are precisely analyzed and designed through finite element analysis, making the equipment operation more stable. The hoisting mechanism is equipped with double protection to prevent the hook from hitting the top.
